What you'll do

• Lead assigned projects from turnover through closeout
• maintain schedules, procurement logs, submittal schedules, fabrication milestones, installation plans, and closeout requirements
• manage budgets, material buyout, labor forecasts, subcontractor costs, change orders, and cost projections
• prepare and track submittals and project documentation
• coordinate procurement, vendors, deliveries, and field readiness
• serve as primary contact for project stakeholders
• coordinate quality control, billing, pay applications, and closeout records.
