Group Home Manager

The Group Home Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a regular Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the position is full-time and on-call. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Orion Homes provides residential settings with supervision and assistance for people with developmental and physical disabilities.

What you'll do

• Manage a residential group home and ensure programs support residents’ individual goals. Provide non-medical assistance and companionship
• oversee personal care, home cleanliness, appointments, medication procedures and records, meals, supplies, budgets, visitations, and documentation. Coach staff, conduct annual performance evaluations, and maintain policies and safety standards.
