What you'll do

• Troubleshoot rotational molding and secondary operations
• inspect production parts
• update ERP information and production metric boards
• lead process improvement initiatives
• train employees in continuous improvement and molding processes
• set machine parameters for product changes
• support new project setup
• cover machine and secondary operator duties as needed
• direct shop-floor work
• promote safety and become forklift certified.
