The Closing Baker / Crew Member role is onsite in Salem, NH, with pay of $16–$20 per hour, including tips. The crew member prepares and decorates cookies, serves guests, and completes closing work so the store is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day. Teamwork across baking, guest service, and sanitation supports consistent products and an orderly store close.

What you'll do

• Mix dough and bake cookies
• decorate and package cookies
• welcome guests, explain the weekly menu, take orders, and process payments
• clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas
• restock supplies
• prepare the store for the next day
• complete closing tasks with teammates.
