The Buyer – Athleisure, Swim & Intimates role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, with stated compensation of $100,000–$115,000 per year and three office days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. The buyer develops and executes category assortment architecture and product strategy to serve VICI customers and meet sales and profit plans. The role works with vendors and cross-functional partners on product development, pricing, inventory, performance analysis, and seasonal plans, while guiding junior buying team members and supporting timely product launches.

What you'll do

• Develop product strategy and assortment plans
• monitor customer preferences, competitors, and trends
• partner with vendors on product development and exclusive assortments
• execute seasonal merchandise plans and pricing recommendations
• manage sales, inventory, cost, SKU, and margin objectives
• analyze in-season and post-season performance and recommend actions
• negotiate with vendors
• collaborate with site merchandising and cross-functional teams
• lead and develop junior buying team members
• travel as needed.
