What you'll do

• Work warm leads from the Service Department, lease maturities, customer follow-ups, and dealership opportunities
• build relationships with existing customers
• identify vehicle upgrade and trade-in opportunities
• assist customers from initial contact through delivery
• assess needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• follow up by phone, email, and text
• coordinate with sales and service teams to support customer retention.
