The leader provides manager-on-duty coverage and helps maintain store operations, standards, and customer experience. The role supports team development, operational accuracy, and local marketing and community activities while reinforcing animal care, safety, cleanliness, and security practices.

What you'll do

• Provide manager-on-duty coverage
• reinforce company policies and procedures for animal care, safety, cleanliness, and security
• complete signage, price changes, and cashier record updates
• support recruiting, onboarding, and team development
• create social media content, liaise with marketing, and support local events and community outreach.
