The Electronic Banking Specialist role is initially onsite at MECU’s corporate headquarters in downtown Baltimore, MD; after 90 days, the incumbent may work a hybrid schedule. Compensation is $17.55–$25.46 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. MECU is a not-for-profit financial institution focused on members’ financial well-being and community service. The specialist provides first-tier operational and technical support for electronic banking services, resolving member issues and monitoring systems. The role also supports registrations, account applications, reporting, audits, and staff and member education to help maintain a reliable digital banking experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to telephone, secure-message, and email inquiries
• troubleshoot and resolve member digital banking support needs
• process online banking, business banking, bill pay, and eStatement registrations
• review and process online membership and deposit account applications
• review reports to monitor system performance and activity
• explain digital banking features and benefits to members
• collaborate with the Electronic Banking team
• complete daily file uploads and audits
• help train staff and members on electronic banking services.
