What you'll do

• Convert an acquired business into a metrics-driven business unit while protecting engineering expertise, product quality, and customer trust
• own P&L, growth, and margin expansion
• assess and develop talent
• lead integration with the parent company across business systems and functions
• develop functional performance scorecards
• establish operating cadence
• lead commercial efforts and customer engagement
• improve product costing and margin visibility
• develop and communicate a documented strategic plan
• work with HR and leadership on scalable compensation plans.
