What you'll do

• Assist the Senior Estimator
• prepare estimates for new projects and bids
• review plans and sketches for changes, errors, or omissions
• estimate quantities for cost-to-complete reports
• request material and subcontractor quotes
• compile subcontractor bid packages as needed
• maintain bidder lists and follow up on quotes
• update material databases and Excel analysis sheets
• prepare pre-bid RFIs and project files.
