What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications under licensed-nurse supervision and document administration
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and daily living
• monitor and report changes in physical, emotional, or medical condition
• document vital signs and services
• provide companionship and social engagement
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• complete light housekeeping
• collaborate with the care team and attend required training.
