What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• perform maintenance and inspections
• explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• provide repair and replacement options when appropriate and help customers select equipment when a new system is needed
• complete estimates and job documentation
• maintain a clean, professional appearance and vehicle
• follow service, installation, and customer communication procedures
• coordinate with office and installation teams.
