The Head Start Transportation Supervisor role is onsite in Brockton, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours to be determined. Pay is $28–$35 per hour. The supervisor coordinates safe, compliant transportation for Head Start programs, overseeing routes, drivers, monitors, vehicle readiness, and required records. What you'll do

• Plan and maintain transportation routes
• supervise drivers and monitors
• fill in as a backup bus driver as needed
• conduct monthly onboard observations and annual performance evaluations
• plan bus evacuations three times per year at each transportation site
• coordinate bus inspections
• verify driver credentials and required clearances
• communicate route and schedule updates
• recruit, train, and support transportation staff
• inspect vehicles and coordinate maintenance
• maintain records and investigate incidents
• develop emergency procedures
• prepare reports and analyze service data.
