What you'll do

• Lead the accounting and finance department
• oversee month-end and year-end close
• prepare and review financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow analyses
• maintain internal controls and compliance
• oversee accounts payable and receivable
• partner with operations on inventory controls, valuation, costing, and reconciliations
• coordinate tax, audit, banking, and insurance matters
• improve QuickBooks and Aspen Systems Canopy ERP use
• monitor KPIs and support process improvements.
