What you'll do

• Perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance
• inspect electrical and mechanical components, batteries, cooling systems, and generator/engine basics
• support corrective maintenance, emergency service, installation, overhaul, and project work
• troubleshoot using diagrams, monitoring systems, and diagnostic tools
• escalate complex issues
• communicate findings and job status to customers
• complete service reports, checklists, timecards, logs, and expenses
• follow safety, quality, JSOX, and reporting requirements
• support peers and less experienced technicians
• travel frequently and work flexible schedules, including on-call assignments as business needs require.
