What you'll do

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families
• answer telephone calls
• process work-order, incident, and concern reports
• receive and deliver or hold packages and other items as requested
• maintain the community key and gate-pass log
• assist other departments with administrative functions
• respond to and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns. May monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and life-safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
