What you'll do

• Perform cleanroom manufacturing procedures under SOPs, cGMPs, and safety regulations
• perform qualified aseptic cell-culture manipulations
• make cell-culture decisions using observations and written procedures
• document operations in electronic batch records and log sheets
• maintain controlled areas and sanitize equipment
• record equipment and facility metrology data and report out-of-specification readings
• assist with production-document review and revision
• identify and report deviations and contribute to investigations
• qualify in MACI or Epicel and cross-train in at least one core competency.

Training is onsite in Burlington Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM for 3–5 months; afterward, shifts are based on business needs, currently Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM. Weekend work and rotating holiday coverage are required.
