The Mission Critical Project Manager – Electrical Construction role is onsite in North Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $85,000–$145,000 per year. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions; this position supports large-scale data center electrical construction projects. The project manager oversees projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. The role manages project documentation, procurement, workforce planning, costs, and subcontractor performance to support successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Oversee hyperscale data center electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• manage project performance, schedule, budget, labor, and profitability
• coordinate meetings and communications with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documents
• manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, costs, change orders, and progress reports
• coordinate BIM/VDC planning, prefabrication, logistics, workforce planning, safety, and quality control.
