What you'll do

• Review project controls data monthly for accuracy and consistency
• manage budgets, forecasts, work in progress, and actuals
• report planned and earned value, completion, and project commentary
• attend status meetings and update forecasts
• summarize performance metrics and recommend resolutions
• track change orders
• produce monthly management reports
• administer contract terms
• maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances
• liaise with clients and consultants.
