What you'll do

• Manage Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Windows 11, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and Office 365
• administer accounts, permissions, and access controls
• oversee deployments and migrations
• perform updates, backups, troubleshooting, monitoring, and security policy management
• maintain documentation
• support users and IT staff
• participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
• manage software deployment through SCCM and Intune
• participate in on-call schedules and patch rotations
• support colo work and physical infrastructure as required.
