What you'll do

• Ensure the property meets contractual and operational obligations, including safety, security, maintenance, marketing, and landscaping
• develop and administer operating and capital budgets
• oversee capital projects
• complete initial applications and annual recertifications for funding sources
• maintain compliant property files
• coordinate revenue collection
• manage resident relations and repair requests
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee performance.
