What you'll do

• Coordinate proposal preparation and submission
• monitor bid forums, estimating inboxes, and procurement portals
• gather scopes, pricing, schedules, and supporting information from technical staff
• track pursuits through submission, follow-up, contract execution, and handoff
• communicate with clients
• assemble proposal documents
• maintain schedules, trackers, templates, resumes, certifications, and marketing materials
• support marketing and business development teams.
