What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations
• direct foremen, technicians, and subcontractors
• establish work plans
• coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics
• monitor productivity and schedules
• review drawings and specifications
• prepare RFIs and project documentation
• enforce safety and quality requirements
• conduct QA/QC inspections
• coordinate deliveries and inventory
• approve timecards
• and partner with project managers.
