The Construction Project Manager – Capital Projects is an onsite, full-time contract assignment in Brighton, Michigan, at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Manage multiple capital construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects
• review plans, specifications, CAD drawings, and project documentation
• develop scopes, schedules, milestones, estimates, budgets, and execution plans
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal leaders
• oversee contractor activities and construction progress
• monitor expenditures, change orders, purchasing, and budget variances
• coordinate permits, inspections, safety, and compliance
• maintain project records and coordinate turnover and closeout.
