Apartment Maintenance/Make-Ready Technician

The Apartment Maintenance/Make-Ready Technician role is onsite in Manhattan, KS. Compensation is $18–$28 per hour. The technician supports Four Seasons RV Properties’ work to provide clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for residents. The role prepares apartments for new tenants and responds to resident maintenance requests. By completing repairs, inspections, and make-ready work to safety and quality standards, the technician helps maintain residential properties and resident service.

What you'll do

• Prepare apartments for new tenants, including wall repair, painting, caulking, cleaning, appliance inspection and repair, light plumbing, electrical repairs, and flooring touch-ups or replacements
• respond to resident maintenance requests
• inspect property grounds and common areas
• maintain an organized work area and tools
• communicate material needs and project timelines to management
• meet safety and quality standards.

Why this role

Requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance, property management, or related trade experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. HVAC certification or an EPA license is a plus but not required.
