What you'll do

• Review bid specifications, drawings, and scope
• prepare and maintain plan reproduction status and subcontractor bid packages
• communicate with subcontractors and vendors
• track addenda and submit bids by deadlines
• enter information in EDGE and use the DF proposal template
• develop estimates, RFIs, and clarifications
• follow up on bids
• prepare project handoffs and coordinate subcontractor awards.
