Operations Manager — Recycling

The Operations Manager role is onsite in High Point, NC; compensation is not specified. The full-time manager oversees operations, maintenance, and general labor staff at a recycling facility and reports to the General Manager. Weekend or evening work may be required, and travel may be up to 10%.

What you'll do

• Lead safety, environmental, maintenance, quality, asset performance, and inventory management
• develop daily production plans
• track productivity and performance
• improve production and asset capacity while controlling costs
• monitor operating budgets
• maintain required licenses and permits
• partner with Human Resources
• coach safety practices and ensure required training
• oversee plant operations and staff.

Why this role
