Regional Director of Clinical Services

What you'll do

• Evaluate clinical services, documentation, assessments, care plans, and care delivery
• conduct quality-assurance audits and analyze clinical and operational data
• oversee clinical initiatives and policies
• lead survey readiness and follow-up
• guide risk investigations and plans of correction
• mentor directors of nursing and nursing leaders
• strengthen quality, staffing, infection-control, and compliance systems
• and visit facilities to observe care and coach teams. Travel between facilities is required
• overnight travel may be required.
