What you'll do

• Manage an onsite team of engineers, technicians, and programming specialists

• architect automation solutions involving PLC, HMI, SCADA, networks, and field devices
• lead HMI/SCADA development, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• coordinate with internal and external teams
• mentor staff and support recruitment, development, and performance processes.
