• Follow individual client care plans
• assist with personal care, hygiene, feeding, toileting, medication self-administration, communication, exercise, ambulation, and transfers
• document care
• report incidents and accidents promptly
• maintain a safe and clean environment
• provide respectful companionship
• communicate with the team and participate in required in-service training.
