What you'll do

• Set up and operate production presses and other manufacturing equipment
• load materials and unload completed parts
• assist with changing and setting dies
• follow Lockout/Tagout procedures
• use tape measures and calipers to verify measurements
• follow work orders, specifications, and basic blueprints as needed
• inspect parts, monitor equipment, make basic adjustments, perform routine operator-level preventive maintenance, and keep the workstation clean and safe.
