What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries and provide personalized assistance
• coordinate transportation, dining, spa, activities, and mountain experiences
• issue key cards and assist with membership account inquiries
• book events and process payments
• address concerns discreetly
• maintain clean and welcoming Club spaces
• restock lounge snacks and beverages and assist with inventory
• maintain system records and daily logs
• plan member activities and events
• assist with event marketing and maintain the photo library
• uphold responsible alcohol service and TIPS certification.
