What you'll do

• Set up new customers through requirements analysis, provisioning, installation, and training
• support existing customers' technical issues
• assist senior engineers with system customization and product development
• configure and support networks and internet protocols
• assist with VoIP and fiber circuit setup and troubleshooting
• help maintain cloud management and virtual machines.
