Branch Manager — Freehold, NJ

The Branch Manager works onsite at a warehouse in Freehold, NJ, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay is $60,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Check in with technicians and address issues
• maintain vehicle checklists and communicate maintenance needs
• review routes and timecards
• monitor technician activities
• support service budgeting
• coordinate technical training
• answer technical questions from staff, technicians, customers, and sales staff
• inspect work orders, warehouse, vehicles, and amenities
• coordinate projects and procedures with service leadership
• conduct safety inspections
• manage installation, service, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
• assign work, evaluate performance, and resolve complaints
• use Salesforce CRM
• support process improvement.
