What you'll do

• Hand-stretch and shape pizza dough to consistent size and thickness
• prepare sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes and orders
• operate and monitor pizza ovens
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation
• follow food safety and handling guidelines
• assist with dough production, ingredient portioning, and restocking
• coordinate with kitchen staff on order fulfillment.
