What you'll do

• Manage accrual-based bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• support month- and quarter-end close
• prepare intercompany and subsidiary entries
• perform bank reconciliations
• prepare and analyze financial statements
• maintain U.S. GAAP compliance and internal controls
• support accounting integration and M&A transitions
• improve close and reporting processes
• partner with finance and credit risk teams
• assist with pro forma analysis and other accounting projects.
