The role supports customer orders from entry through delivery by coordinating communication, purchasing, vendors, warehouse teams, and operations to help ensure accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Enter customer orders and coordinate fulfillment
• respond to customer questions about order status, availability, scheduling, and service
• coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse, and operations
• assist with pricing, purchase orders, and material orders
• track delivery timelines and provide updates
• maintain order and vendor records
• resolve discrepancies and delays
• support inventory replenishment
• identify process improvements.
