What you'll do

• Complete resident-requested work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose problems and make repairs according to policies, safety standards, and codes
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
• track maintenance supplies and document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect contractor work as needed
• participate in property inspections and safety meetings.
