Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The role follows individual support plans, assists with activities of daily living, communicates with individuals and families, and documents daily activities and goals worked on during each shift.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities
• assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living according to support plans
• participate in developing and implementing support plans
• communicate with individuals and families
• document daily activities and goals at the end of each shift
• maintain confidentiality and complete required state-mandated training.
