The Maintenance Technician — Apartment Community role is onsite in Little Rock, AR, at Bowman Pointe Apartments. Pay is $16–$19 per hour. The role supports upkeep of a luxury apartment community. The technician handles repairs and maintenance that keep the community’s apartments and shared facilities functional, including appliance and equipment repair, minor electrical work, plumbing, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry. The role also participates in the maintenance on-call rotation.
