What you'll do

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution
• assist with project plans, contract packages, procurement documents, and execution strategies
• coordinate with the Chicago Department of Aviation, client representatives, consultants, and the construction manager
• support design and construction oversight, value engineering, risk management, reporting, and documentation
• conduct site inspections
• facilitate RFI and submittal reviews
• evaluate proposed design changes
• monitor schedules and contractual compliance
• participate in meetings and workshops
• document action items and support issue resolution
• may serve as acting Project Manager in the Project Manager’s absence.
