Installation Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines
• support dispatching and project tracking
• communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to resolve issues
• maintain project notes and customer records
• monitor inventory and stage materials
• assist with loading and unloading as needed
• track performance and support KPI reporting
• provide customer service throughout projects.
