Job overview
Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position based in Columbus, OH. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for shifts between 10pm and 6am. This role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership and hospitality to store team members and customers. The Lead Team Member contributes to store success by mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining store standards to drive customer satisfaction.
