Service Advisor — BMW CPO

What you'll do

• Welcome dealership clients
• conduct vehicle walkarounds and compile vehicle information to determine initial repairs
• prepare written labor and parts estimates and establish promised times
• monitor repair progress and communicate changes to customers
• obtain authorization before additional repairs
• maintain customer satisfaction standards
• coordinate with clients, BMW, and third parties on payments
• advise customers on vehicle care and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• follow applicable regulations.
