What you'll do
- Develop commercial business for fire protection, plumbing, and excavation divisions
- prospect through calls, networking, referrals, site visits, and meetings
- build relationships with property and facility managers, building owners, and contractors
- sell inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, plumbing, and excavation services
- conduct customer visits and site walk-throughs
- prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
- follow up on opportunities
- maintain customer and pipeline records
- coordinate sales-to-service handoffs
- cross-sell services
- represent the company at meetings and industry events.
