The Network and Security Operations Center (NOC/SOC) Manager role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with compensation of $135,000–$160,000 per year plus bonus eligibility. The role supports an infrastructure-as-a-service company serving commercial and government clients with secure, resilient digital infrastructure. The manager builds and leads integrated network and security operations, connecting cyber defense with telecommunications availability. The role establishes operational processes, develops analysts, coordinates incident response, and drives uptime and security for mission-critical customer environments.

What you'll do

• Direct daily NOC/SOC operations, including monitoring, event triage, incident response, shift scheduling, escalations, and executive reporting
• lead and develop analysts
• maintain procedures, playbooks, escalation matrices, dashboards, and after-action reports
• coordinate with engineering, field operations, customer success, program management, and government stakeholders
• maintain alignment with DoW/DoD, NIST, CMMC, and customer security frameworks
• improve detection, response, root-cause analysis, and outage prevention.

Why this role
