The Senior Project Manager, Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial role is onsite in Madison, WI. Annual base compensation is $95,000–$135,000, based on skills and experience. The role supports EUA’s Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include Aerospace & Technology projects. The project manager leads administration and delivery across projects or client accounts of varying scope and complexity. By overseeing client contact, budgets, schedules, planning, design, cost control, and team coordination, the role supports successful project execution and provides leadership and mentoring to project staff.

What you'll do

• Manage and administer multiple projects of varying scope
• oversee client contact, contracts, scheduling, project financial health, budgeting, planning, design, and cost control
• ensure tasks are performed across project facets
• review design and aesthetics
• oversee technical documents for project phases and construction administration
• support code compliance
• use Revit
• delegate appropriately and mentor staff.
