What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospective residents in person and by phone
• conduct community tours and demonstrate apartments
• process applications and deposits in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines
• maintain guest cards and reports
• follow up with prospects
• monitor advertising effectiveness and local competition
• process resident service requests
• and complete assigned tasks and projects on time.
