What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Advise stakeholders on hiring practices, talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate assessment.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records, analyze recruiting metrics, improve processes, and support employer branding and recruiting events.
