What you'll do

• Evaluate prospective data center sites across electrical, mechanical, architectural, civil, and IT/low-voltage considerations
• identify risks, constraints, opportunities, and upgrades
• review provider proposals, utility information, layouts, and drawings
• coordinate early design activities
• assess land use, zoning, permitting, infrastructure, and building suitability
• prepare technical assessments and recommendations
• track site progress and risks
• hand off secured sites to Design Managers
• travel frequently to prospective sites.
